Layout Solutions started because there was a need for clear plans. We noticed workers in the field redoing work, often multiple times, instead of getting it right the first time. We saw difficulties keeping track of jobs that had finished, and having trouble being prepared for jobs coming up. 

Layout Solutions realized streamlining the job in both harsh weather and nice weather improved moral, as well as improved the end product. Having clear, detailed plans, and a reliable structure can reduce turnover rate and create a better experience for crews and clients in this industry.
